Are the 3d prints food safe?

Not entirely. While our items are made of bioplastic (corn starch based PLA), they shouldn't be used for food like drinks or other liquids. Dry foods like snacks should be fine. To clean simply wipe with a damp cloth. 

Are the 3d prints microwave safe? Are they dishwasher safe? 

Our products are made of PLA plastic and will melt at high temperatures. They should never be microwaved or heated in any way. They should never be put in a dishwasher.

What kind of plastic is used in 3d printing?

To keep are products as safe as possible we only use PLA. This is a biodegradable plastic derived from corn starch, making it safe for most uses.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Due to the rising costs of shipping, we do not offer exchanges.
